What is your return policy?
Return and Refund Policy: At Swarovski Crystal 4 you, we would like you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days in its original condition. If you wish a refund, we will issue a refund of your purchase price excluding freight. Please email us so that we will be expecting your package. Any defective pieces will be replaced within 30 days of original purchase. Please return your piece by USPS with a delivery confirmation so that you can track your package. Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund: 1. The item must be in its original condition. 2. The item must be returned with the original packaging. 3. A copy of your invoice is included in the shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries regarding your return. Please note returns can take between 7-14 business days to receive and we process within 24-48 hours of receiving the return. All of our shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do you ship?
We ship via United States Postal Service. For items less than 13 ounces, the shipment is sent by first class mail. If you wish your order to be sent by Priority Mail, please contact me at neffjungle@qwest.net and I will give you the shipping fee. If you are ordering multiple items, contact me for a discounted shipping rate.
